Drew Eckl & Farnham is excited to invite you to attend a Mock Arson Trial on Wednesday, September 15, 2010.
Come observe a reenactment of a civil arson trial while earning continuing education hours. There will be opening statements as well as direct and cross examinations of the homeowner, a confidential informant, police officer, fire investigator, special investigator for the insurance company, adjuster and forensic accountant. Following closing arguments, you will be able to observe the jury while it is deliberating its verdict.** A detailed

• 4 general and 3 ethics hours have been requested for approval by The Department of Insurance, The Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) and The Georgia Firefighter Standards and Training Council (G.F.F.S.T.C.)
